In our state of the art gym in Truro, we have a significant amount of equipment to prepare you for any sport from powerlifting to pole vault. We pride ourselves in keeping up to date with the most advanced measuring equipment so that we can track your progress and give you the power to improve. We investigate the way you train in the gym or dojo; on the street, field or pitch. We analyse the way you run, throw a kick, kick a ball or lift weights so we can improve the way your body moves and help you to reduce your injury risk. Whatever it is you want to do: lose weight, gain muscle, or perform better, we will help you achieve it.
Through a rigorous testing and discussion process we aim to reduce your risk of injury, enhance your bodies recovery process and prepare you for the demands of your sport both physically and mentally.
What to expect
We use a mindful approach to athletic training and are realistic about goals. It’s important that you understand where you are starting from and where you want to be in the future. Collaboratively we set short and long term goals so that training is tailored to you, and around your life. If you only have 20 minutes for a workout, we’ll design one for you. After spending time at the ProCare clinic you will be robust, adaptable and complete.

Not recommended for new appointments as it is often not long enough to establish a sufficient training programme.
Appointments are available between the hours of 8.00 am - 6.00 p.m on Thursday and Friday & between 8.00 am - 1.00pm on Saturdays.
