Long term goals
Domestically, I’d like to see myself get both the National Champs title and National Series title. Internationally, it goes without saying, one day I’d love to have the World Champs title. Every time you’re selected for worlds, you go there with that as your goal.
- Competing in a high-risk sport means that injuries are a pretty common thing. It’s important that after a crash I get back to training as quickly as possible, while allowing myself to heal. Working with Procare has meant I have not only made comebacks to competition sooner, but I come back stronger. It’s not just about the treatment. Andrew has given me the tools to manage my injuries and use them to my advantage.

Competing in Elite sport means the demands on the body are very high. As an athlete you want to have full confidence in your body when stepping out on the pitch to perform at your highest level possible. Andrew and Procare Sports Medicine have helped me do this consistently with a number of injury’s I have had in the last few years.
Through experience I have found much importance in having full trust and faith in your Physio. A number of injury’s I have gone to Andrew with and time and time again, I am amazed at his knowledge, personal care, and ability to implement a program that gives you confidence back in your own body.
Having worked with a number of Physio’s at Professional sports teams for a number of years, I can confidently say Andrew and Procare without question are the best I have worked with. I look forward to using his knowledge, expertise and care for many years to come.

- I’ve been running competitively for three years, and enjoy racing just as much as I do training for a race. I’m a geek at heart and spend a lot of time thinking about optimisation, whether it be through my run training, diet, sleep or strength and conditioning. I love seeing improvements through marginal gains and hope that those improvements will keep me competitive and injury free as I enter longer, harder races in the future.

As a competitive Cricket and Hockey player, injuries are inevitable and Andrew is the first person I turn to when things go wrong.
My most serious injury was when I avulsed by hip flexor tendon attachment. This injury involved a long treatment program, and I am grateful to Andrew who kept me motivated and committed to the process. Andrew was instrumental in designing an affective rehab program to enable me to return to competitive sport as soon as possible and to prevent further injuries.
