Why do you train? What are your training goals?
If your answer is "for fitness" or "loose weight", than how will you achieve this?
The problem is "fitness" is not a true goal, "weight loss"is not a true goal.
Being able to run 5 miles pain free in 30 minutes or fit into a size 10 pair of jeans is a true goal and you will know when you achieve it.
Setting a true goal is actually quite difficult sometimes as people want to be good at everything. This is unfortunately not possible, therefore true goals work because you focus your training on what's important. True goals are key is successful training and rehabilitation.
Now ask yourself, what is your true goal and how will you know when you have achieved it.
